Ana Ewart is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C). She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota. While working as an RN supporting several medical-surgical units in Boston, she developed a passion for mental health and transitioned to the inpatient acute psychiatric unit at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, MA. During this time, she received her Master of Science degree from Regis College, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. Additionally, Ana was a member of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, where she focused on Stress Management and Resiliency through the relaxation response and mind-body techniques.

Ana is trained to assess and diagnose patient conditions and treat patients with medications and therapy. She is committed to providing client-centered, evidence-based care. In addition, she incorporates psychoeducation in her practice to help patients better understand their existing condition and to develop essential coping skills to improve overall well-being. Ana strives to establish a professional, respectful, and trusting relationship with all of her patients, as she believes that this is essential to providing exceptional care.
