About Jenna Reeder, PMHNP-C

Jenna Reeder is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C).  She earned her B.S. in nursing from NYU’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and then joined NYU Langone Hospital as an operating room nurse.  During this time, she began pursuing her passion for mental health by teaming up with a prominent wellness center in New York City that focused on integrative healing strategies, combining Western Medicine with alternative therapies such as acupuncture, yoga, functional medicine, and integrative psychotherapy. Desiring to build on her passion for integrative care for mental health, Jenna earned her Master of Science degree from the University of California San Francisco, Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program, as well as completing Duke University’s Leadership Program in Integrative Healthcare.

Jenna is trained to assess, diagnosis, and treat patients with medication and psychotherapy. She addresses each individual’s unique needs and circumstances from a holistic standpoint, using a conceptual framework where mental and physical health are inextricably connected. Jenna also has a strong interest in the ongoing evidence-based research focused on the use of novel treatments for the treatment of depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental health disorders.

Please note, although our practice is located in Palo Alto, we also serve many patients located in the surrounding Bay Area, such as South Bay, North Bay, East Bay, Peninsula, San Jose, and San Francisco
