About Will Cable, Physician Assistant

Will Cable is a nationally-certified, licensed Physician Assistant with a career focus on mental and behavioral health. His journey in medicine started when he volunteered as a Combat Lifesaver in the United States Army and later continued his volunteer work with the Flying Samaritans to deliver medical care to underserved communities in Mexico. Will earned a Master’s Degree in Medical Studies from Rocky Mountain College and is presently pursuing his doctoral degree in Community Care & Counseling at Liberty University. He is also working to complete a Multiple Addiction Certified Therapist program at the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals.

Will has extensive experience in various patient care environments including hospitals, emergency rooms, and residential facilities for addiction recovery. His areas of interest include substance and behavioral addictions, binge eating disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. His treatment philosophy is holistic with the belief that best results are achieved with an integrative approach to equally care for the mind and body.

When not caring for patients, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is an avid chess player and coach. He plays guitar, ukulele, and is learning cello. He enjoys world travel including taking his children on medical mission trips providing care to impoverished people in Romania, Dominican Republic, and in the Amazon jungles of Peru. In addition to serving our nation in the Army, Will also faithfully served our nation in the United States Air Force.
